What we collect through this site, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

When you send our enquiry form we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number (optional), postcode, the service you select, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you send.
Enquiries submitted through this site are stored in the site's database and forwarded to our office email. We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for marketing you didn't ask for.
Our office staff — and, only where they're directly involved in your job, certified trades we bring in for gas or electrical work. Those trades get only the details the job needs.
Enquiries that don't become contracts are deleted after 24 months. Records for contracted work are kept as long as warranty and accounting rules require.
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to our processing, by emailing support@r-stringer.net. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
