Aftercare

The job isn't finished when the tools go back in the van. Warranties are registered, your contact is named, and call-backs are part of the job — not a favour.

Warranty, registered on completion

Manufacturer warranties are registered before handover wherever the maker allows it. The scope and period of our workmanship warranty are set out in your completion documents — in writing, not on a promise.

Your aftercare contact is named on the same paperwork: one person, reachable by email, who ran the job and knows what was done.

Snagging & call-backs

Report an issue by email and we'll agree a visit — no arguing about whether something counts as a snag. Adjustments that fall inside your contract's warranty terms are made at no charge.

We'd rather come back once and fix it properly than have you live with it.
